KronMix, operated by KronWell Group LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide a written notice with the following information:

DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

To file a DMCA notice, you must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., title, URL, or description);

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., direct URL);

4. Contact information of the complaining party, including a valid email address;

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

4. Your name, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., you consent to jurisdiction in any U.S. district where we may be found).

Repeat Infringer Policy

KronMix may, at its discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate our copyright policies.
